Mid-America Research uses a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, analysts, focus group facilitators, and statisticians. Senior managers have expertise in business management, marketing, communications, advertising, and specific industries including information technology, hospitality, transportation, telecommunications and banking. Management staff assists clients in identifying research goals and objectives; management is also responsible for client contact and final reporting. Researchers perform literature searches and provide access to existing data sources. Analysts assist in designing research instruments. Statisticians develop analysis plans and perform statistical analysis.
